Hello, we have multiple clients using a special shippings plugin that adds a custom metabox to every order (under woocommerce/orders page). That metabox controls generating AWB, sending to their api etc. Is it possible to show custom metaboxes in app page?

In the next update, you will be able to "Pin" specific custom fields to the order summary. We believe this will address your needs :)
