We are enjoying the app and would like to go pro, but our custom order status orders do not show in the order totals etc. Would it be possible to take custom statuses into account?

It is possible you access my account 
I have a problem in your app, feature in app is not shown i think because of my language. It s persian and app cant understand Persian. For example, color, i create yellow it means "زرد" but it has shown "%pprv n juvvd.  R:;%"

Hippoo thank you for replying. We use a plugin called "Smart Orders Manager" located here:
https://festplugins.com/woocommerce-smart-orders-page-for-woocommerce-30/
I have attached two screenshots to show the app...the orders with a custom status show up under the "Orders" listing but do not contribute to our dashboard stats of order QTYs, sale totals etc.

slevass: Hello and sorry for late reply. This is something that the "Smart Orders Manager" plugin should update. we use the Woocommerce official API to get dashboard reports and status. but it seems the plugin not update the Woocommerce report and custom status in API. 
We are suggesting to use try plugin like:

Or ask the Smart Orders Manager team to update the Woocomemrce Rest-API after plugin activation.
