When an order has been already paid by credit card, we can still modify the quantities of the products. We are a team of three people, and being able to do that is not good. If someone by error changes the quantity of a product, the order total changes, without the buyer paying for it.

Already Paid orders should be locked.

Also we can modify already shipped orders.
